Privacy Policy
Zewayi Creative House collects only the information you share with us, such as your name, email address, and phone number, when you book a consultation, join our waitlist, or contact us. We use this information solely to communicate with you about your booking or inquiry. We never sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Event Participation Disclaimer
By attending a Zewayi Creative House experience or event, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Zewayi Creative House is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property incurred during or in connection with our events, except where required by law. Guests are responsible for their own conduct and belongings.
Consultation Policy
All private event bookings begin with an Experience Discovery Session ($75), which is credited toward your event when you book within 14 days. Consultations are scheduled in advance and may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.
Booking Policy
Your event date is secured once the signed agreement and required deposit are received. Final guest counts and event details are due no later than 7 days before your event.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 14 or more days before your event receive a full refund of payments made, less the $75 consultation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. Deposits are non-transferable except as stated in your agreement.
Event Changes Policy
Changes to your event date, guest count, or package are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days in advance. Approved changes may adjust your final balance; increases in guest count beyond your package tier will be billed at the applicable rate.
